Rafal, your personality is shaped by your Organized nature.
People like you who are extremely Organized prefer to have things settled, organized, and under control. You probably feel most comfortable scheduling your life — even your free time — and keeping an active to-do list. You're likely to gain a great deal of satisfaction from completion, whether the situation involves a simple task, a major goal, or an unresolved issue. In addition, because of your focus on organization, others see you as extremely capable.
Let's say, for example, that Sabrina's dominant personality type is also Organized. Because of this winning quality, she is highly valued and sought after when new projects are forming at work. Her colleagues want her on their teams because they know she is organized, task oriented, and skilled at making decisions. In fact, because she is so efficient and methodical, she is often called on to bring order to chaos.
When Sabrina's company was having problems due to an inefficient order-taking process, Sabrina was given the task of identifying and fixing the breakdown. Given such an arduous task, Sabrina was really able to shine. Her ability to understand the intricacies of the order-taking process enabled her to discover areas that could be made more efficient. And using her ability to structure miscellaneous information, Sabrina was able to incorporate lots of disparate facts into a process that made more sense for productivity. As a result, she was able to articulate a clear and precise new process. Everyone appreciated Sabrina's new process because it allowed them to be more successful in their jobs without the confusion of the former process. A few months later, Sabrina was promoted to become the manager of her department because her improvements to the system had contributed to huge improvements to morale, customer satisfaction, and the bottom line — a promotion that would have never been granted if Sabrina weren't such the Organized type!
While being Organized does have its benefits, there are less positive tendencies associated with being so results oriented. You may find that you jump to conclusions when you feel you are under pressure to make a quick decision. You might also find that you tend to focus so completely on your goal that you don't notice when it would be in your best interest to alter your plans. If you are troubled by these tendencies, try looking up from your tasks from time to time to make sure the course of action that you are taking is the best one for you.
